We help students develop extensive skills and positive attitudes for career success, and our aim is to accomplish the integrated set of abilities needed to attain success in their life. We help them focus on learning that includes social responsibilities and we want them to apply their learning to create a positive impact on society and contributing towards the world.

学院非常重视校企合作，实行校中企，企中校的实训模式，率先创建校企合作大型示范性实训基地。气势雄伟的实训大楼为学院与大型企业的交流合作提供优越条件，做到校企无缝对接，学生运用所学专业知识零距离接触企业，为学生提供理论结合实际的实训平台。

GIAS believes classroom learning provides a vital foundation, but some of the richest learning experiences occur elsewhere. A GIAS education extends beyond lectures to include exciting local and global opportunities. Students are able to combine their studies with work experience. GIAS has launched its brand new magnificent Training Center to enhance more collaboration between student and large enterprises.

Awards System

奖助学金和勤工助学制度

国家奖学金：8000元/生，按国家分配到我院的名额具体确定。

国家励志奖学金：5000元/生，按国家分配到我院的名额具体确定。

国家助学金：家庭经济困难且品学兼优的学生，符合国家规定的可获得2- 3千元/生的国家助学金。

国家助学贷款：家庭经济困难的学生，可申请国家助学贷款，每年最高额度为6千元，在读期间免息。

学院奖学金：学院设立三个等级的优秀学生奖学金，每年评审一次，授奖面达参评人数的30% 。

勤工助学：学院设立多个勤工助学岗位，以帮助家庭经济困难的学生解决部分生活费。

奖助学办法

1.我院今年在全省选择100所高中的200名学生进行助学。经考生所在学校推荐，第一志愿填报我院的家庭经济困难且品学兼优的学生，奖助学费9000元（分三年）。

2.第一志愿填报我院前100名的学生入学时一次性奖助学费2000元。

3.第三批A线以上学生（不含降分），第一志愿报读我院前100名的奖助学费9000元（分三年）。

4.以上奖助学政策不含补录。

学院培养的学生专业基础知识扎实、实践动手能力强、综合素质高，深受用人单位好评。学院的总体就业率达98%以上，部分毕业生已走上领导岗位，大部分成为大中型企业的骨干和技术支柱，成为各条战线上的排头兵和主力军。我院与广州开发区萝岗区建立大学生就业战略伙伴关系，每年的毕业生都输送到广州开发区等珠三角地区的大型企业，如光宝电子（广州）有限公司、阿波罗（中国）有限公司等100多家企业。

The Guangdong college students professional training provides a strong, practical knowledge base for them to work from. Its comprehensive, high-quality nature makes them very well received by future employers. The college's overall employment rate is 98%, having some graduates take leadership positions, becoming the backbones of mid-sized enterprises, even becoming technological pillars, being vanguards on all fronts. Our hospital employment strategy is to establish partnerships with the Guangzhou Development Zone. Luogang area college graduates are transported to large enterprises in the Guangzhou Development Zone Pearl River Delta every year. 马来西亚英迪国际大学(INTI International University (Malaysia)):

0.5+2专升本项目（三年制大专学历，国外半年英语，2年学士课程，获得英迪国际大学学士学位。以学术对接为准）。

雅思6.0+1专升硕项目（三年制大专学历，管理工作经验3年及以上，获得澳洲南十字星大学工商管理硕士学位）。

英国奥斯特大学(University of Ulster)合作办学项目:

计算机科学、商务经济专业前三年在我院就读，第四年在英国奥斯特大学完成学业。

Continuing Studies

在校生可同时报读本科

我院在籍学生可报读我院与湛江师范学院联合开办的本科段相沟通专业。考试合格后，颁发教育部电子注册的本科毕业文凭，国家承认学历，享受普通高等学校本科毕业生待遇。

一、报读优势：学制短、费用低、易通过。在校期间，专、本同读，这是其他专升本学习形式所没有的优势。部分课程互认免考，仅有少量统考课程。学制只需两年，专、本同时毕业。

二、教学形式：周末在本校上课，不影响普通大专正常学习。采取重点辅导、考前辅导相结合的授课方式，考试采用学分制。

留学对接院校

英国奥斯特大学、美国洛杉矶塞拉利昂大学、马来西亚英迪大学、厄瓜多尔灵圣大学、厄瓜多尔生态科技大学。

培养模式：3+1或者2+2。

学生在我院学习三年（或二年）英语课和部分专业基础课，通过对方学校组织的语言能力测试，即可赴国外完成最后一年（或二年）的专业课程，毕业后获得国外大学颁发学士学位，可选择留在国外工作，或继续就读国外大学的硕士学位。中外双方合作、互认学分的办学模式，无须参加雅思或托福考试，为我院学生提供了更好的留学深造机会。

学费奖励：学院每年选出10名优秀学生资助全额学费(5万元人民币)，派往合作院校深造。其他有志于留学的学生，经学院审核同意，也给予一定的资助。
